POWERLIFTING

Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on grappling, ground fighting, and submission techniques. It emphasizes technique, leverage, and strategy over brute strength, making it effective for people of all sizes.

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that combines techniques from various martial arts disciplines, including striking, grappling, and submission fighting. Fighters in MMA use skills from disciplines such as boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, judo, and karate, among others.
